By using Grahika (the website and mobile app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Grahika computes Vedic astrology charts, dashās, and interpretations from birth details you provide. Calculations use the Swiss Ephemeris with classical (Parāśari) methods. Results are for personal insight and guidance.

Not professional advice

Astrological content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other qualified advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on the app. Grahika does not diagnose, treat, or predict health, and does not provide investment or legal advice.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information; you are responsible for the birth details you enter.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or scrape it in bulk. We rate-limit and may suspend abusive accounts.

Plans, trials & payments

• Core calculations are free. Some features may require a paid plan or a free trial.
• Where paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms are shown at purchase. Trials convert to the stated plan only if you choose to subscribe.
• Gemstone recommendations and any marketplace purchases are subject to the seller’s terms; Grahika may earn a referral fee.

Content & ownership

The charts you generate and save are yours. The software, design, interpretation engine, and “Grahika” brand are ours and may not be copied or resold.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but provide the service “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grahika is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on astrological content.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
